Advanced ASL

This class is for native ASL Deaf or CODA signers who never formally learned ASL before. Students will learn the English terminology for ASL-related concepts as well as various terms, labels, phrases, symbols, glosses and other conventions that appear in college-level ASL textbooks. Students will also learn how to correct their own and their peers’ ASL, become better and clearer ASL signers and be able to answer questions about their own native language with a greater degree of knowledge.
