Jobs Club

The JOBS Club is designed to prepare Deaf adults on how to find, obtain and maintain employment. In the class, students will explore their career preferences and options, and create a life plan including vocational or career goals. In addition, students will learn how to complete job applications, create and update their resumes, learn how to dress dress appropriately for job interviews and office or other work environments, and work on job interviewing skills. Students will also learn proper workplace etiquette and communication as well as engage in role playing of common workplace incidents and situations that might arise.
